So happy to have a start to finish artwork!
I've been experimenting with oil pastels, as I'm still working at my kitchen table while I wait for my art studio to be finished!
I'm enjoying having the fast freedom of the pastel's colours & textures at my fingertips. I believe they capture the soft, early evening light down at the beach extremely well & I'm able to try different colour palettes with ease.
In this video I'm using faber castell studio quality oil pastels and the artwork is of Mount Maunganui beach.
