If you’ve changed your mind just simply contact me within 7 days of your order and I can offer you a refund or store credit (exclusive of any shipping costs).

If the print is a custom size, or custom frame, it may not be eligible for a return.

If you’d like to return your print, you are responsible for getting it back to me in perfect condition. Please see the returns page for more information.

If you're unsure of the colours, or whether it will work in your decor, please simply get in touch, I am more than happy to advise on colour schemes and print combinations.

Prints & framed prints are printed in Auckland (for NZ shipping) and Melbourne (for Australian shipping). They are shipped directly from my framers.

The cards are all printed in New Zealand. Tote bags are printed in America. All of these products are shipped from my studio in NZ.

Unframed A4, A3, A2 prints are sent flat with backing board in a thick cardboard envelope.

Unframed A1-A0 prints are rolled with acid-free tissue and brown paper and put into a tube.

All framed prints are packed in thick cardboard and a piece of stiff card is secured over the glass then bubble wrapped and put in a custom fit box and marked with fragile tape.
