Returns

Please  contact me within 7 days of your order for a refund or exchange on hello@ejwoodwatercolours.co.nz or call 021 079 5487.

If you have ordered a custom print size or frame, this is not eligible for a refund. Please choose carefully.

Sale items are also not eligible for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also MUST be in the original packaging. 

Change of mind returns will be either be refunded in full or issued a store credit. It the item is faulty or damaged the shipping cost and full replacement will be covered by E J Wood Art.

Buyers are responsible for returning the item at their own cost (unless the item is faulty). I strongly recommend a trackable shipping method.
