Will you accept returns?

I gladly accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
However I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 

Why can't I return my item?

As all orders are custom printed, they are non-refundable. However, I do want my customers to be happy with the final result, so if there is an issue with the quality of your order I'll be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Please contact me directly, I check my emails daily and will come back to you asap - get in touch.

What do I do if my order isn't the quality I expected?

If you receive a product that has a mechanical issue that effects the use of it (eg the zipper is broken), or if there is damage to your product (eg. a fine art print) please follow these steps to report it to me:

  • Take a few good quality pictures that clearly illustrate the problem.
  • In the subject title, please put your order details so we can easily look up your information and order. We will confirm we received your email and I will be back in touch within 48 hours.

If there is clearly a fault with the product (eg shipping damage) we will happily replace the item.

How do I know if my print will look good in my home?

If you're unsure of the colours, or whether it will work in your decor, please simply get in touch, I am more than happy to advise on colour schemes and print combinations. 

If you are based in New Zealand, where does my product ship from?

I create the artworks from my studio in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand.

All printing and shipping is completed by my two production partners in the United States (Gooten) and Canada (Art Of Where). If you are in the US or Canada you will receive your order within 1 - 2 weeks. 

All orders will promptly receive a tracking link so you can keep tabs on delivery times.
